This is the official list of poltical parties, as approved by the Czech election commission. These 16 parties are listed in the order in which they will appear on the ballot. The order was determined by random draw. Four parties that submitted petitions did not pay the deposits required by Czech election law and were left off the ballot (a list of disqualified parties appears below).

  13. Communist Party of Bohemia and Moravia
  14. Assembly for the Republic--Republican Party of Czechoslovakia (SPR-RSC)
  15. Left Bloc
  16. Movement of Self-Governing Moravia and Silesia--Moravian National Unification
